BIO: Venus Mountains are a 4-piece sci-fi Hard Rock and Heavy Metal act from Planet Venus, founded in 2009 and based in Italy, in the Franciacorta region, after discovering that local sparkling wine makes top-grade fuel for their starship, and for themselves. Disguised as an explosive blend of classic Rock ‘n’ Roll and heavy metal grit (think Motörhead meets AC/DC and Mötley Crüe), they deliver high-octane music packed with subliminal messages designed to conquer Earth as a cynical punishment for humanity’s environmental failures. With 4 full-length albums released to date, including their latest Mons Veneris, they have conquered stages worldwide. From iconic venues like the Whisky a Go Go in LA, the Rio Casino in Las Vegas, and Hard Rock Hell in the UK, to extensive tours across Japan, Russia, and Europe, sharing stages with rock legends such as Skid Row, White Lion, Diamond Head, and Phil Campbell of Motörhead. Currently, VM are cruising through space aboard their starship, preparing new live dates and fresh subliminal transmissions.
